- Virus/Mal/Spy-ware Removal—new Anti-Virus/Mal-ware/Anti-Spy-ware and Firewall programs installed, configured, updated & ran on the computer & automated maintenance scans scheduled to keep your pc maintained and clean over time AUTOMATICALLY! The programs we use have been thoroughly tested & are full version licensed free for home use. So you will not have to pay for Norton/McA/etc. typically ~$70 year after year savings!
- Hardware & Software settings optimized for performance.
- Driver & critical Updates done to operating system.
- Upgrade recommendations/estimates given.
- In most cases we offer SAME DAY SERVICE is our goal (up to 3 biz days in extreme cases)
- PCC will also install software so that future repairs or questions can be resolved by remoting into the customer's pc (no travel time!). If a customer has a question, they have the cell ph # of one of our tech's and the tech can see what is on the customer's screen & fix the problem remotely. In most cases this is done at no additional charge.

* Note: With Basic PC Clean Up Virus removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases, but Trained personnel will follow industry standard practices, and shale act in good-faith, to attempt to achieve optimal results.
