In the section Travel Express, after you feed in the certificate
number, you are taken to a page which prompts you to make a selection of
the engine. If you wish to use this new 3N4D engine, you have to click Book A Hotel (4 Days – 3 Nights) or if you wish to book through the 7 Nights and 8 Days engine, click Book A Resort (8 Days – 7 Nights).
Searching Made Easy..
Searching for your desired destination has never been easier. With this
organized custom-made search engine, one can precisely pull up the
desired results from our vast inventory. Search allows
you to run Basic Search and Advanced Search. Basic Search necessitates
through basic criteria such as Destination; Dates; Number Of Nights;
Number of Travelers etc., whereas the Advanced Search filters results
using precise entries such as Hotel Name, Star Rating etc.If you require more information about a hotel you want to book, you can fetch information by clicking the tab INFO which is given right next to where you see a brief description of the hotel. INFO gives you access to the list of amenities available at the chosen property, pictures, and a map to reach the hotel.
Book Your Stay..
Once you have made your choice, click BOOK and
fill the online booking form. The primary guest’s name (account
holder’s name) will be pre-filled by our system and the same is not
editable as per our booking terms.
Additionally, we would like
you to cruise through the following pointers and a few FAQ’s which cover
answers to all the basic queries you may have:
- Free
3N/4D Package is inclusive of accommodation along with the complimentary
breakfast for most hotels. Wherever the package is not inclusive of
complimentary breakfast, the same would be mentioned there clearly.
- Duration –
Maximum duration of stay is 3 Nights and 4 Days. Although, you have the
flexibility to book 1 OR 2 OR 3 nights but splitting the package into
multiple occasions is not permissible.
- Maximum Occupancy
– 2 Adults & 2 Children. If the number of travelers goes beyond the
allowed occupancy limit, the additional expenses will be borne by the
member.
- One of the travelers MUST be the account holder and in absence of the account owner, the stay at hotel would be forfeited.
- Taxes – The
amount towards taxes may vary depending upon the dates, location, hotel
and number of traveler(s). Please be advised that the tax amount would
show in INR and IDR for all Indian and Indonesian accounts respectively
while for all the Non-INR/IDR accounts, it will show up in USD.
- Is the tax amount visible against the chosen hotel towards one night? – NO! The taxes shown are for the total number of nights, as selected by you.
- Are there any hidden charges?
– There are no hidden charges. Your free package covers accommodation
and breakfast as suggested above. Any additional expenses will have to
be borne by you.
- Modes Of Payment – The taxes can be paid either through LR (Liberty Reserve) or by using Booking funds.
- Liberty Reserve – You can pay the taxes through LR online at the Payment page while making the reservation.
- Booking Funds – We have added a new section by the name of Booking Manager in your backoffice which further comprises of two sub-sections – Booking Funds and Booking Vouchers.
As you progress through the booking process, you reach Payment page,
where you are provided with the option of paying your taxes through
Booking Funds. If you wish to do that, you will have to first fund your
Booking Funds eWallet. For assistance with booking funds, please write
to vouchers@tviexpress.com.
When you select Booking Funds as the payment mode, the system
automatically checks for your available booking funds and prompts you to
validate the transaction password. On successful validation of your
transaction password, a code verification email is sent to your
registered email address to authenticate the transaction, which serves
as second layer of security. As soon as the code verification is
confirmed, you are taken to the confirmation page which allows you to
download the booking certificate. Alternatively, you can collect your
booking voucher from the email which arrives in your registered email
box as soon as the booking is confirmed.
- Are Booking Funds Transferrable? – Yes,
booking funds are transferrable as long as both the accounts (sender
and receiver) bear the same currency which means that only INR-INR or
IDR-IDR or USD-USD transfers are permissible.
- If
your account is in your company/firm’s name, you would have to furnish
the company’s legal documents wherein you are declared as proprietor or
one of the owners of the company.
- Please make sure that
the certificate number pertains to the same user account which is being
used by you for the purpose of redemption as the system doesn’t allow
redeeming certificates which don’t pertain to the member back-office in
use.
- Make sure that you take along a copy of the booking
confirmation and any of your authorized ID documents like Passport or
Driving Licence with you for a successful Check-In.

have been extremely busy and loaded with a lot of hard work and

This

Booking Instructions
With
the help of our user-friendly booking portal, you would be able to make
reservations online as per your choice without having to make any phone
calls, wait for getting connected to support representatives or any
such hustle and bustle. With the help of a few clicks, you can process
your booking instantly.
The booking engine empowers you to have
a look at the resort pictures, lets you check the amenities available
at a resort, directions to reach there, available booking dates in a
particular month, type of unit available for the stay, for example – a
bedroom or a studio unit (depending upon the availability) which may
have the occupancy of upto 6 people (maximum).
Here’s the step-by-step process for booking:
Travel
Express – “Claim My Free Package” – Redeem with certificate number –
Make hotel search (as per your preference) – Enter details of
traveller(s) – Book
In short, all you have to do is to “Click,
Search & Book”, which sounds like and is as easy as 1-2-3, letting
you arrange a full-fledged holiday for your family.
Below given are a few focus-worthy pointers which pertain to the booking procedure:
- There
is a fixed charge of USD 150/per booking which goes towards the taxes +
processing charges and as per the booking terms & conditions, has
to be borne by the member. It can be paid either through Liberty
Reserve online while making reservation or through a Booking Voucher
(worth USD 150) which can be purchased beforehand from the company. A
Booking Voucher works as a pre-paid pin that confirms your booking and
comprises of a unique alphanumeric code (20 characters).
FYI:
The upcoming available modes of payment to buy a Booking Voucher are:
Alertpay & Perfectmoney. For further details, please contact our
Customer Support.
- As stated above, depending upon the
accommodation, you can take along up to 5 people with you (a maximum of
6 guests after confirming the occupancy from online inventory);
however, please note that it is imperative that Lead Name or the
Guest’s name MUST be of that of the account owner which is selected by
default while making the reservation. If for some reasons, the account
owner i.e. the Guest cannot go for the stay at hotel, even after the
booking has been made, the booking will be forfeited and considered as
“Availed” and other guests will not be entertained at the hotel
property.
- Please take along both the booking voucher
and your Passport/Driver’s License or any ID proof with you which would
be required to be presented at the hotel for successful Check-In.
- Splitting
the 7 Nights & 8 Days package into multiple occasions is not
permissible. Your booking status will show as AVAILED in our system
(for a given username), regardless of the duration of your stay.
- Extra
1 night offered is valid only on accommodations booked through the
online engine while for all other direct tie ups, the accommodation can
be booked for a maximum of 6 nights only.
We
