Inclement Weather / Class Cancellations- 1. We will notify you by email, Facebook, and web site at least 1 hour
prior to any workout cancellation (in advance of that if we get word
that the facility is closed). - If the facility is closed, obviously, we will cancel.
- In the event of a cancellation we will schedule a makeup date, if
at all possible. - In the event that a makeup workout is not possible, we will get an
extra 30 minutes of pool time for the following weeks session. - Workouts will be emailed or placed on the web site for all athletes
in the event of a cancellation (regardless of whether or not a makeup
is scheduled).
