“It was the most impactful money I've spent on the sport...and I'm not a new triathlete. I've been in the sport since the early 90's. They could double their price and I'd still make that statement.”

    Finding Freestyle with Passive Technique

    What is Finding Freestyle?

    Url Redirector

Finding Freestyle is a 12-week course of drills, activities and workouts to help you achieve your optimal swimming stroke.  The workouts and drills are accompanied by explanatory text and videos that help you understand the program.  Finding Freestyle is available as a strictly online course, or in live group sessions (available in Richmond and Chester VA).  With our emphasis on the real fundamentals of fast swimming we are changing the swimming paradigm:
    • RHYTHM and TIMING, not distance per stroke, are the keys to swimming performance.
    • The optimal swimming stroke is NOT one size fits all.
    • You CAN find your OWN stroke by developing rhythm, aquatic skills, and body awareness.
    • Your relationship with swimming will NEVER be the same.
    • Try the first week at No Charge.
What Does the Finding Freestyle Program Contain?
