I imprinted Spirit at birth and he has been a "People horse" ever since ! Spirit has been trail ridden extensively all over Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. He is a very smooth and energetic ride. His size and build allow him to carry a large man all day long. His personality is wonderful - he is smart, confident and everyone wants to take him home! He comes to you with a whistle or his name called from anywhere in the pasture.
Spirit is 15.1 hands, well mannered and well gaited. He is an excellent trail mount-confident and easy going. Loves to go anywhere, trailers easily and is energetic and studious. His hooves are great - never needs shoes - he is a very healthy and hardy horse. He also enjoys showing off in a show ring as well however he has not had alot of arena work as I prefer to trail ride.
Spirit is sired by Manantial Estaban, with bloodlines to Mr. Puerto Rico, Sin Verguenza and Mahoma. Spirit's dam is Azucar en Tostada with bloodlines to Hilachas, El Pastor, Mr. Puerto Rico and Viajero por Cima.
Lineage on the pinto side from the dam include the Grandfather,
Halago Sin Par, a red bay and white pinto whose accomplishments include 1988 National Paso Pleasure Champion, 1989 National Paso Pleasure Champion, 1990 National Paso Pleasure Stallion Champion, 1991 National Paso Performance-Stallion Champion, 1992 National Paso Pleasure Stallion Champion, 1993 National Paso Pleasure Stallion Champion. Halago was very well bred and known as a "Largo Racer Par Excellence" in the United States until several years ago when he was imported to Switzerland by Cynthia Grebb.
Hilachoso Cabal was the 1988 National Champion Pleasure Stallion, and Marisol Sin Par was 3 times Dam of the Year.
Dali Sin Par was the highest pointed Paso Fino mare living or deceased - she was a multi-National Champion and Top Ten Dam for many years.
