Annual spring ATV ride is the 28th and then the annual meeting on the 29th with dinner.  Bring a dish and see you there!

Park Ridge Development is a gated community in Floyd County, VA -- just off the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.    We enjoy  miles of trails, a stocked lake, a swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, picnic shelter and beautiful mountain views.

Sound Bite!

Spring is here -- Park Ridge is Looking Great!

We had the best turn-out ever for spring clean up day on April 7th!   Thanks to the Peglers for a fabulous dinner;  Thanks to Al Mabry for the new (fantastic) benches added to the dock behind the clubhouse and thanks to Al for use of his heavy equipment to move some timbers and plants around; thanks to Larry Martin for the long hours reworking all the roads; and thanks to everyone for the digging, weeding, planting, cleaning, raking and hard work!!

We had about 30 people working all over to spruce up our community -- flower beds were cleaned up, flowers replanted, new areas created, trees planted, roads redone, fencing around the pool replaced, the playground structures were pressure washed, some flooring in the clubhouse replaced, clubhouse cleaned and the list goes on!

Be sure to look around and take note of all the improvements.  Check out the new area (with picnic table in the shade) across from the picnic shelter.    The pool is coming together nicely and going to be such a huge improvement for all to enjoy this summer.

Great community effort and wonderful working with everyone that Saturday.  Looking forward to a great summer in 2012.
