Artist Leorah Parker was born in Washington, D.C. and has been painting in Oils professionally since 1989. She owned and operated a Studio/Gallery in Manassas Virginia for 14 years. 

She studied with private teachers in Virginia, with additional studies at “The International School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture” in Umbria, Italy and Jerusalem, Israel at “The Jerusalem Studio School”.

 Her subject matter and focus of interest has been Israel since 1991 and she designed an “Artists Tour” to Israel.
