Hounslow Portage Service We are now joined at PiT Stops by Hounslow's Portage team for play sessions for children receiving Portage or waiting to receive Portage.The Hounslow Portage Service is an educational home-visiting service for pre-school children with additional needs, living in the London Borough of Hounslow. Portage Home Visitors visit children on a weekly or, in some cases, fortnightly basis, working alongside parents and carers to build on the abilities the child already has, teaching the skills the child has yet to master.
