Two separate tips about sightings on a bus, and at a Vegas-area IHOP.
Tips 1 and 2: Potential sightings on Jan 8th.3 Craig Rd & MLK bus stop, 1500 W Craig Rd

"Does Steven have any identifying marks/tattoos or wear glasses. I took my grandsons to IHOP on Bldr. Hwy./Flamingo last Friday evening for dinner and a young man that looked sinilar to Steven sat across from us. He was very obviously disoriented. He wore tinted glasses, had what looked like numbers on his neck and r...ight leg. He was very restless, up and down, away from his table. He told the waitress he wanted "the same thing as last night" which turned out to be 3 or 4 glasses of iced tea. Apparently this young man has been going to that IHOP, you might check with the staff there."

One of only two LDS thrift stores in Vegas area (Deseret Industries) is at 4655 E Flamingo Rd (0.4 miles away) <
Fairy1 visited, interviewed staff, and learned that the man generally came in on graveyard shift, sat at the counter, would sleep, and drank several glasses of raspberry-flavored iced tea. After a few similar visits, may have been asked to not come back. Unknown whether he's returned since Jan 15th.
