The developers are commited to ensuring that any sale transaction associated with this site is fully legal and to this end are able to provide any documentation typically held by a legally operating company in Mozambique, for the purposes of due diligence by lawyers and/or accountants appointed by the purchasor.
  
This exciting investment opportunity provides you with 100% shareholding in Matriz Consultoria Lda, the develoment company responsible for Mwedje Eco-Lodge, and 100% ownership of the title for Mwedje.
 
The company is a fully legalised, registered and incorporated Mozambican Limited Liability company. In addition to having sole ownership of Mwedje Eco-Lodge, Matriz is licensed as a service provision company and has the right to import and export permits and to benefit from investment promotion incentives. Through the company, shareholders have the right to obtain residence and work permits.
 
The following documents are available on request:
  1. Deed of incorporation, certificate of commercial registration, tax registration certificate, operating licenses
  2. A full set of audited accounts going back to the company's incorporation
  3. Certificate of fiscal compliance issued by the Mozambican Combined Tax Authority
  4. Certificate of compliance issued by the Mozambican Social Security Ministry
  5. Land use title and supporting documentation
  6. Environmental license and supporting documentation
  7. Construction license and approvals and supporting documentation
  8. Tourism operating license (provisional approval, definitive to be issued on completion of construction)
