Below are reminders and other info to know and practice. Other important information are attached.
· The print shop is in the high school cafeteria, and opens from Mon-Fri 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. · Contacts are Jane Nez @ x4125, Clarisa Coleman @ x5111 and Tonja Wright @ x4139. · Order forms are available at your building office, at the print shop, and online. · Turn in your print shop requests ASAP. · Attach to your order form a written permission of the publisher, if material to be copied is copyrighted. · Use the correct forms. blue is for COPIES ONLY, pink is for BOOKS ONLY, and gold is for OTHERS. · One form per request is preferable to avoid confusion and mistakes. · Fill out your forms completely and legibly. · Avoid using sticky notes as much as possible (they fall off). · Normal turnaround time is two work days on regular work days. · Requests are completed and delivered in the order they are received at the print shop unless a higher priority request is placed. · For walk-in service, sign in at the front and allow the assigned student worker to run your order. · Walk-in service is limited to small requests and for emergencies only unless the print shop is not busy.
