My favorite hobby.
I'm something of a musician/composer; here are some of the things I've done.
"Real" Music
I've played guitar for 11 years. Here's a few of the recordings I've made.
Shallow Breaths: A song about uncertainty and doubt.
Nihil: Depressing? You bet!
Promise: The last song I recorded. It's basically a demo, but I still haven't worked on it any more.
About a Girl: Probably the only cover I'll put up for fear of the **AA. I love this song.
Electronic Music
I've also done the soundtracks for a couple of NES game hacks. You will need an NSF player to listen to these. For Win32 systems, I recommend the plugin Festalon, available for Winamp and FooBar2K.
Dragoon X Omega: My first foray into NES music hacking, and one of the first examples of it ever being done as well. This NSF was ripped by a friend of mine, Gil Galad. There are some slight technical issues with his rip, but nothing major. The music I composed for this game is pretty poor in my opinion.
Dragoon X Omega II: By the time I worked on DXOII, my abilities as a composer had increased greatly, so I think this sounds extremely better than the first game's soundtrack.
