 We require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Rates include daily maid cleaning service except for Sundays, and gardener/pool maintenance.We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal payments.
We ask for 20% payment upon booking and 80% to be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
A $1,000 fully refundable Security Deposit via a Credit Card boucher is requested upon check-in for incidentals.
Cancellation Policy: A sixty day notice is required
for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty days prior
to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee. Cancellations or
changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within sixty days of the
arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure
does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. |
