News Update

New Publication: Durable protection from Herpes Simplex Virus-2 following intravaginal application of siRNAs targeting both a viral and host gene <Cell Host & Microbe> <Reuters>

Future plans

One line of investigation in the lab will be to evaluate RNAi mechanisms using various systems. Part of this project will involve generating novel reagents for siRNA delivery. These reagents will also be used as part of an effort to identify novel genes involved in dendritic cell activation.
