Our Group
Painting with Class is a group of folks who gather in Delmar, Delaware to share their love of decorative painting and learn new tips and techniques.
We currently meet on Mondays as the "Schedule" shows for informal instruction led by Loretta Graf.
We encourage those interested in joining us to sit in on a class.

Membership
Painting with Class is open to anyone who loves to paint. Painters of all skill levels are welcome, and there are no membership fees, or special requirements.
How we Operate
Painters bring all their own supplies and a surface to paint on. Patterns are provided. Some prep work is required for each session - please call ahead for patterns.
Where/When we Meet
We currently meet in the Hayman Room of the Delmar Public Library. Painting begins at 6:00pm.

Our Instructor - Loretta Graf
Loretta Graf inherited her love of painting from her mother who worked in pastels and sold her art during the Depression. She expanded her skills and techniques by taking classes across the country in all the locations her Navy husband was transferred. She has worked in pencil, oils, watercolors, and acrylics. Loretta has been teaching classes for over 30 years and loves helping new students discover the love for decorative painting.
Loretta is currently a resident of Dover and the past-president of the Delmarva Decorative Artists, a chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters.
The Bottom Line
Most sessions cost between $8.00 and $10.00. Sometimes, there may be a $.50 charge for a color picture of the project.
