We require a $100 deposit to be placed on the litter waiting list. Puppies will be picked in order deposits are received. We are expecting two litters of Cockapoos due in March of 2010.

The pups are raised in our home with children and cats. They will be very well socialized and loved. They will make great companions, as do their parents. All pups will be sold up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, health guarantee, checked by a Veterinarian and puppy kit with training info, food coupon, small bag of food and more. We do not dock the tails of Cockapoo pups unless otherwise requested. All of our pups go thru what we call Puppy Preschool where they are introduced to: crate training, paper training, "come" command, "no" command, "sit" command and their name if we know what it will be. Pups are worked with as a group and individually daily starting in the first few days of life.
We require a $250 deposit to hold a pup until pick up time. I send new owners pics and updates every weekend so they can watch their pups grow. Puppies will be picked in order deposits are received.   Litter Update: The pups are 1 week old now. They had their first Vet visit this week. Their tales were docked and dew claws were removed. They have nearly doubled in size this week! They are doing great and have already barked a little. Izzy is also doing well. She refused to leave the pups the first 6 days. I had to pick her up and take her out to go potty. Finally, today she came to me for her usual belly rub for the first time since she had the pups and then went right back to her pups.
Litter Update: The pups are 2 weeks old now. Their eyes are starting to open. They love to be held and are getting spoiled already. They are trying to walk a little now and are making little growling sounds.
Litter Update: The pups are 3 weeks old now. They are up moving all around. They are playing with each other a lot and are trying to follow Izzy around.
Litter Update: The pups are 6 weeks old now. They have all had their vaccinations now. The will need follow ups at 9 weeks, 12 weeks and then yearly. The pups are crate trained and paper trained and also know the "sit" and "come" commands. These little guys are so smart it's amazing! We work with them as a group and individually daily.

This is Izzy our black female CKC Poodle
We raise well adjusted CKC registered Miniature Poodles and Cockapoos in our
home with our children and a cat.
 This is Jada our Buff female AKC Cocker Spaniel
We only have five dogs that we breed and have a small amount of litters per year. We feel that this is the only way to produce high quality puppies that will be great companions. Our dogs are with us most all the time. They swim with us, play with us, go to
ballgames with us and even sleep in the same rooms as us. In the background
of the above pic is the Shenandoah River which borders our property. Our dogs
enjoy swimming and boat rides on the river.
 This is Emma our Red female Cocker
Our dogs are allowed to go outside and run and play in a large fenced
area whenever they ask. They are spoiled but very obedient.  This is Chloe our Buff and white female Cocker.

    Litter Update: Pups are doing great. They are fat little butterballs. They are trying to lift themselves up to walk now and 4 of them had their eyes start to open today.
Litter Update: Pups are up and walking around and checking out their new world. They are beginning to play with each other.
Litter Update: Pups have most of their teeth in now. They are eating softened Puppy Chow like crazy. They are also play growling, barking, and wrestling with each other. It was unusually warm today and they had their first outdoor play time today.
Litter Update: The pups are 5 weeks old now. They got to go out and play again today. They are geting the idea of paper training now. We have starting using their new names with them. This will take a little while to learn. Their coats are really starting to fluff up now.
Litter Update: The pups are 6 weeks old now. We took advantage of every warm day this past week to go out and play. The pups really enjoy their playtime outside. The older dogs are teaching them how fun it is to play with sticks. Everone has had their first vaccianation and deworming now. They will need follow up 5-way vaccinations at 9 weeks, 12 weeks and then a 7-way vaccination yearly.
