Ibeen checking what appear a minor displacement of the chart, finally I have found the problem with my calculus on Excel. Now I see that everything should be OK. As someone suggested, I am going to provide a chart with a little more detail, well not detail but zoom in order to facilitate to check forecast with reality. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
24Mar 08. I have a little internal conflict; by one side, the below chart says that we have seen the year low and during 2008 and 2009, 2009 not included in chart, we are going to have a very bullish period of time going to ATH and beyond; but when I use other techniques, those included in my summary, is when the conflict appear. According to that, I see that we can have something like a horizontal triangle before going to ATH, with a correction during summer time that will end on the 29th sep 08 at the 1300 level for the S&P. After that, I do not see any problem, at least till summer 2009 for surpassing ATH.
Update of my previous forecast as of 21st mar 08. According to the graph, supposedly, as it is based on daily close price, we have already seen the lows of the year. We will see how this forecast pan out. Be advice that I use calendar days instead of trading days, that’s the reason we can have certain spikes or change of direction during week-ends --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
