Please note that we have discovered over the past years that the cabin has so much to offer during all seasons of the year (see the list below for some of the enhancements to the community recreational facilities). Thus, we have set a fiscal year start date of October 1st for those choosing the “12 night” option described below. With rental option #1, which includes 12 nights at the cabin, each night’s stay is a very low $117 per night, plus the cost of cleaning. You are only charged a cleaning fee for each trip to the cabin. Cleaning fees are typically around $45 per visit regardless of the number of nights.
The cabin has two bedrooms, a bunk room and two full baths. It comfortably sleeps 10! The cabin is on Coal Creek and a short 30 second walk to the Cowlitz River. Due to the quiet nature of the cabin, we do not offer a television, but as noted above, we now offer high-speed internet! We also offer a Bose iPod dock for playing tunes, along with a small stereo to play cd's.
