To get started, fill out these forms, and contact the chairperson.

BSA Youth Application form Required for all new Scouts. Adult partner information is included ont his form. Unit = Pack 699. Birthday is required.
BSA Adult Application form: Required if you plan to fill a leadership role within the pack. Birthday is required.
BSA Scout Health form Required annually for all Scouts
Talent Survey form Required annually for all Scouts
Volunteer Matrix form Required annually for all Scouts
Youth Protection Training Take the training & Print out the Certificate. Required for all Scout Parents as of 2011-2012, 20 minute online course
Dues payable by Check to "Pack 699" or online using this wepay link to "buy a ticket". There is a nominal fee for this option. The fee is minimized when using a bank account to pay.

Pack registration for the current school year is $80 for the 1st Scout in your family + $70 for sibling Scouts. In addition to registration, you will receive a rank handbook, a Pack t-shirt, a Raingutter Regatta kit, and a Pinewood derby kit. If the annual registration fee places an excessive burden on your family’s finances, please contact the Cubmaster, Pack Committee Chairman, or Pack Treasurer to discuss alternate arrangements. Although the Pack depends upon this fee to fund our many activities, we’d like to see all boys able to participate in Scouting and we don’t want the registration fee to be an obstacle.
