Pack 270 is led by a group of highly trained and motivated parents and volunteers. Every adult leader has undergone a background check and has completed a youth protection training session, as mandated by the Boy Scouts of America. The "Den Mother" of yesterday has been updated to be a well-trained, certified, safety-focused leader of youth, keenly aware of the challenges, problems, and interests of today's Cub Scouts.
