About

Lakeridge Girls Lacrosse, the first high school lacrosse team in Oregon, is the winningest high school program in the state having appeared in 8 State Championship games, winning 7 consecutive titles.  Year in and year out, the Pacers turn out some of the strongest lacrosse players in the state, with many receiving opportunities to play lacrosse at a higher level.

The 2012 Season marks the fifth season for the Lakeridge Coaching Staff.  The Varsity Team is led by Co-Head Coaches Jessica Voas and Catherine Bergeron.

Recent history:

Last season the Pacers were led by co-head coaches Sam Charles and Jessica Voas "Voasy", and the goalie specialist Sarah Tomlinson.  The Lakeridge lacrosse girls finished third in state after a heart-breaking loss in the state semis.  Three seniors went on to play lacrosse in college, with many more to follow in upcoming seasons.  Junior Varsity had a strong season demonstrating the depth of the Lakeridge program.

In 2009, the Pacer Varsity reached the State Semifinals, again losing to the eventual State Champions, finishing 2nd in the State.  The JV team played a strong season, finishing 1st place in the Three Rivers League.

As of November 2009, three current seniors have made decisions to play lacrosse in college, and more are on their way.
