Night out at the South Parks fireworks and bonfire - Saturday, November 7, 2009
Get together with others in the squad to enjoy the fireworks and bonfire at South Parks. Gates open at 5pm and fireworks start at 6.30pm. Tickets cost £6 on the gate or £5 in advance from vendors listed on the event website.
The group will be going out afterwards for drinks nearby. If you're interested in coming along to this event, please talk to Kathryn Fletcher or Jo Eaton.
Christmas Dinner - Thursday, December 10, 2009
The Christmas dinner will be held at University Club. We will meet in the bar from 6:30pm, and will head upstairs for dinner around 7:30pm. (Please check back occassionally in case these details change as we get nearer to the date.) Partners are welcome. Registration and pre-payment is necessary.
To register, please print out a copy of the menu for each person attending the dinner.
Please write the name of the person attending at the top of the page, and clearly mark whether you want the two course or three course option, from which menu, and which dishes you want to order. Please also make clear if you wish to order coffee and mince pies.
You can order from menu A or menu B. Please do not mix and match between menus.
Registration with payment must be received by November 30, 2009.
Please make cheques payable to Matthew Gomez for the full amount.
Matthew Gomez, Matthew Blurton, Kathryn Fletcher and Bela Tiwari will be collecting orders.

There are usually parking spaces available outside the club in the evening.

Come join your team mates at the 2009 Oxford Masters Club Breakfast. Family and friends welcome!
Saturday, June 6, 2009. Starting approximately 9:15am.
The breakfast will be held at the
University Club, Mansfield Road, Oxford.
Please
peruse the menu* and then
fill in the registration so we can warn the club of numbers and types of food people will want.
No detailed pre-orering or pre-payment is needed. However, if you sign up and then decide not to come, please go back to the registration form and fill in the
"I've changed my mind" option.
Deadline for registration was Thursday, May 28, 2009. Please talk to Bela if you have missed the deadline but still wish to attend.
