 The First Annual Outdoor Gear Resale is bringing together the Madison community, outdoor adventure retailers, and the Hoofers Outing Club to create an amazing sale that will get you ready to get outdoors this summer!  Come buy used outdoor equiptment and apparel at significantly reduced prices!

If you are selling your old gear, drop-it off and leave the rest to us!

The actual sale is held on Saturday, April 26 in the UW Memorial Union, 800 Langdon St, Madison, WI

Help Others Get Outdoors This Summer!  Sell Your Used Gear!

Someone out there is looking for a piece of gear just like that old paddle tucked away in your garage or that backpack that is a size too small for you.  Sell your old gear to help others enjoy the outdoors this summer!

Selling your old gear is easy!  Just drop it off and leave the rest to us!

Drop-off gear on:

Thursday, April 24  5pm - 9pm

at Hoofer Lounge 

Friday, April 25  3pm - 9pm

at Tripp Common

Selling LOTS of items?  Send an email to Dan atinfo@hooferouting.org and we will send you a sellers' list and price tags, and have extra hands around to help you unload

For safety reasons, we cannot accept used helmets or climbing safety gear from the public

We will accept used car racks and snow shoes to sell!

15% of sales will benifit the Hoofer Outing Club, deducted from the prices that sellers decide

 

After the sale, if your gear does not sell, stop by to pick it up on either date

To see if your gear has sold, open the text file below and find your name.  At the end of each item line, if there is a question mark, this means that your item has not sold and can be picked up at either pick-up time.  You must pick up your unsold gear before 9pm on Monday, April 28th.

After the sale, check back here for a list of what items have sold so you know if yours have sold or not

Note: All unsold gear must be picked up by Monday at 9pm or it will become the property of the Outing Club

Checks for the items sold will be mailed within six weeks after the sale.

 

Volunteers Needed!

Want to help out with the Ouring Resale?  We are looking for volunteers to help out the week before and during the resale.
