We have recently simplified our rates.
We have two seasons, high/holiday and regular.
We do, however, reduce our rates slightly for multi-week and longer term rentals.
We Only charge a Cleaning Fee [$85] for Stays of Less then a Week.

January 1- 4
February 15 -April 20
December 15 - December 31st
Easter Week
Thanksgiving Week
We require a $150 per week deposit at time of booking.
Upon check-in, a $250 credit card security deposit is required.
