I have been working as an elementary school counselor with Otsego Public Schools since the 2000-2001 school year. Before working at Otsego Public Schools, I was a third grade teacher for Bangor Public Schools. I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University. I have a triple minor in math, science, and English. I have a Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling Education and Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. I love my job as an elementary school counselor. The best part is getting to know all the kids. They always make everything interesting and different each day. At home I stay busy spending time with two children, Justin and Elizabeth, and husband, Scott. I love to spend my free time reading and playing games with my family.
