OSU geography club is dedicated to bringing people and interests together, community outreach, and having fun exploring the world around us!
What We Do
Weekly graduate student and faculty speaker: meant to give undergrads, grads, and faculty a chance to get to know each other. Speakers talk about their experiences studying and researching geography. Volunteering: we participate in various community activities, like cleaning up the Olentangy River.
Local Trips: several field trips around Columbus, such as to local farms.
Weekend Excursions: at least one overnight excursion once a quarter. Most recently we visited Wayne National Forest and Hocking Hills. Other Social Activities: Picnics, dinners, etc.
