AMSAT is a non-profit volunteer organization which designs, builds and operates experimental satellites and promotes space education. We work in partnership with government, industry, educational institutions and fellow amateur radio societies. We encourage technical and scientific innovation, and promote the training and development of skilled satellite and ground system designers and operators.

  • This will be a fun and exciting presentation!

Oro Valley Amateur Radio Club - Field Day 2011

The July, 2011 Club Meeting featured Guest Speaker, Bob Heil founder of
Heil Sound.
Bob joined the meeting LIVE via Skype on the big screen.  It was
just as though he was there in person!  Bob was also able to see and interact with the
club meeting crowd.  The video quality was excellent and was one of the best guests ever!
