1. The North boundary is formed by the Ottawa River. 2. Starting in the northwest corner, the boundary is further described, in a counter-clockwise direction, as: a. From the convergence of Green's Creek and the Ottawa River, south along the creek to the intersection with Highway 34 (Montreal Road); b. From that intersection south-east in a straight line to the intersection of Old Innes Road and the Blackburn Hamlet Bypass; c. South-west on the Blackburn Hamlet Bypass to the intersection with Highway 28 (Navan Road); d. South-east on Highway 28 (Navan Road) to the intersection with Highway 41 (Mer Bleu Road); e. South along an extension of the line of Highway 41 (Mer Bleu Road) to Highway 28 (Russell Road) ; f. South then East on Highway 28 (Russell Road) to the intersection with a southward extension of Highway 21 (Joanisse Road); and h. North on Highway 21 (Joanisse Road) and along a straight line extension of Joanisse road north to the Ottawa River. 3. Boundaries defined by roads should be interpreted such that OLLB membership eligibility includes families resident on both sides of the road, to avoid the unnecessary separation of players who are neighbours and friends.
