Orinda Woman's Club

The Orinda Woman's Club (OWC) is a non-profit, community-based organization that provides service both locally and worldwide.  We encourage and develop friendship and leadership.

Our members are residents of the San Francisco East Bay area, including, but not limited to, Orinda, Moraga, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and Oakland. We are a diverse group of women with varying interests, careers and lifestyles.

The Orinda Woman's Club was founded in 1953.  We are a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, International (GFWC), which is the world's largest and oldest women's volunteer organization.  It works locally through more than 7,500 clubs in the United States and globally in more than 20 countries.

We are also a member of the California Federation of Women's Clubs (CFWC) comprising 24 districts and 506 clubs.  We are active in the Mt. Diablo District of the California Federation of Women's Clubs.
