so much for our lovely fruit and vegetable box that we received yesterday!
It was so exciting to come home to! (Maybe I should get out more :) ) Briony Now that Hanneke is a
bit older and more flexible I've decided i'll go back to shopping at the
farmers market so won't need boxes delivered any more. It has been greatly
helpful to have them delivered for the last couple of months though, so thank
you very much for making that happen! Thanks, the box was great this week. The celery was really nice and so
was everything else so thank you. I love what you guys do and I am
happy to support your efforts, as I know you are genuine in your mission. Thanks, the produce in the box was fabulous this week, keep up the good work! Olivia 23Thanks for the beautiful box... looks very yummy. I’m looking forward to stuffed mushrooms... I cook mushroom cups until slightly softened, sautée garlic in a little oil, add spinach until wilted and stir through a bit of fetta cheese. Then fill the cups with spinach mixture and sprinkle on a bit of dried coriander and pop them in the oven until nice and brown on top – very delicious!! Lovely to have some strawberries too. As the box of delicious food sits here on the kitchen table on this Autumn grey day it inspires me to start cooking and re-inventing warming nourishing meals for the family and reminds me to thank you again for the excellent service you provide through the organics box in Geelong. It makes the world of difference to me to be able to dig into the weeks supply of beautiful fresh organic produce and know that I am nourishing the family in the very best way possible. Some of it doesn't even make it home before we snack on it in the car. It's hard to eat right in a busy world and to find such excellent food.
