Trading Terms

We, at the Organics Box, take pride in providing the freshest organic and biodynamic fruits, vegetables and herbs to our customers straight from the market and growers to you.  
 
Please be aware that you are responsible for collecting your box during the collection times
.
 
As the produce is perishable we can not guarantee quality in the event that collection of your box is delayed or, if delivered, that your box items are not taken in and stored correctly as soon as possible the day of delivery.
 
When you collect your box of organics, we ask that you return your last order's box together with any reusable paper bags displaying The Organics Box logo.

Payment Terms

Cash payment for your box is accepted upon collection.  Payment via direct transfer can be approved for second and subsequent orders and for all delivery orders.  Payment via direct transfer must be made within 48 hours of collection.  An email providing the transfer details must be received within 48 hours of box collection.  We reserve the right to charge $1.00 per day for each day payment is late. We also reserve the right to charge you for any debt collection costs in the event of non payment.

Minimum Order

The minimum order is $35.  Orders under $35 will not be processed, but we welcome you to come in a shop between 12pm and 6pm on Fridays.
 

Refund Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.  If you are not happy with a particular item, we're not either.  Let us know and we will refund or replace it in your next box.  Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome.

To make a return, please contact us phoning us on 0425 823 064 by 10pm the day you receive your box.  If we are unavailable, please leave a message in our voicemail or send a text and we will return your call.

ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU INFORM US BY 10PM THE DAY YOUR BOX IS COLLECTED/DELIVERED.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
