We are a family owned and managed business based in Geelong. (read Our Story)
We offer a wide range of fruits, vegetables, herbs, bulk dry goods and grocery items, all certified organic or biodynamic or locally grown pesticide and chemical free, at best price in the region. It's a simple system whereby You choose what you want in your box from our complete list of fruits and vegetables and we pack if for you. OR you come in and do a shop yourself! It's that easy.

We are passionate about eating organic products and feel that the benefits received not only by our body, mind and spirit, but also our environment is something we wish to share with our community. We believe it takes a community to nurture and support a family. This is why our family is dedicated to providing a friendly service which will meet the demands of you and your family and connect you with community. We strongly believe in encouraging sustainable agricultural practices which don't harm the environment and treat animals with respect and dignity. We love working in this industry because we feel like we are making a positive difference to the well being of families, and helping to protect our planet. We all know the damage that chemicals can do, so we think eating chemical free, natural produce is the way to go. And we want to spread the message to as many people as possible by offering great produce and a friendly, reliable service.

The produce travels the shortest distance from the farmer to you. Try our produce and taste the difference!
Our Customer Service
We base our entire offering around you, the customer. We think you will be pleasantly surprised at the difference great customer service can make. Whether it is asking for information about a product, or dealing with a billing enquiry, we put your needs first. You trust us to pick the best seasonal produce, and we trust you if there is ever a problem. It's never happened, but if it does just talk to us and we will address any issues to your satisfaction. Where do We Operate From?
Being a family business we work from home. We provide a central collection and self shopping point in Geelong, so obtaining your weekly fresh produce is convenient. We provide a collection service to cut down on pollution plus it´s a nice way of meeting friends and neighbours! We encourage our customers to collect their box, rather than have it delivered. By walking or cycling, you are helping to cut down on ‘food miles’, while those who use cars are encouraged to share pick-ups if possible. For those of you who can´t make it into Torquay (on a Saturday morning to shop at the Farmer's Market where we have a stall) or Geelong, we now provide a delivery service. Delivery starts at $7 per box. Your box will be delivered either Thursday evening or Friday morning, depending on your area. Please email us with your order if you would like an Organics Box delivered to your door.
Payment
We provide the convenience of direct transfer by prior arrangement or cash only payment when you collect your box from us. |
