 Since 2007, OCI has sponsored the Culinary Arts STAR Event. They have given students the opportunity to tour the school as well as compete in kitchen labs which simulate the facilities and equipment found in fine restaurants and other food service establishments. We thank the staff and chefs at OCI for giving us this ultimate leadership experience.
