June-August, 2003- Internee (Radio and switch Engineer)

                        MTN-Swazi, Mbabane, Swaziland (Tel: +268 406 0000)

                        Job responsibilities included switch center coordination, maintenance, day to day logging of data, network elements watch and thus informing radio engineers of which BSC to service, upgrading of various sections of Switch (DXX, Routers etc).

 

August-September, 2004– Lecturer/Instructor

                        Providence Institution, Mbabane, Swaziland.(Tel: +268- 4041006)

                        Job responsibilities included preparation and issuing of lecture notes to diploma in Telecommunications Engineering students. Lectures were given on the course: Digital Communications.

 

February 2005– present– Research Assistant

                        University of Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa

                        Job responsibilities include maintenance of the communications research Laboratory for the research group, machine set up and preparation for simulations on research work with supervisor.
