Board of Leadership Servants
•    We are servants who lead The Order of Saint Martin.
        Our Board of Leadership Servants (BLS) provides a voice for the
        chaplains to make decisions that affect us all.
•    At some point, each OSM Chaplain can join the BLS for a 3-year term.
        This 3-year term is meant to correspond with the length of the Ministry of Jesus Christ.
•    Chaplains may serve as part of the Legal Board of Directors and BLS at the same time.
•    No Chaplain may serve for two consecutive terms, but are encouraged to serve again.
•    A Board of Leadership Servant serves at their discretion and with great personal sacrifice.
