The 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, August, 15, 2009 at 6:00 pm at the North Beach Oasis in Racine, WI. We're hoping for great weather and an even greater turnout. Don't forget to stick around for the after race party at the North Beach Oasis with live music and food.

First-time racers, beginning runners, and walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate.

This Run/Walk for Change raises funds for The Ophelia Project of Southeast Wisconsin so we can continue to offer programs for high school, middle school, and elementary school students and help them create healthy peer relationships and safer social climates.

Participants may also raise pledges to help The Opheila Project. To raise pledges, use the pledge form so friends and family can donate.

The entry fees are $20 for individuals, $18 per family team participant (min. 4), and $18 per friend team participant (min. 10). Of course, additional donations are greatly appreciated.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so contributions (although not the entry fee) may be tax deducible. Please consult with your tax advisor.
