Eligible undergraduate students who wish to withdraw their support from The Ontario Public Interest Research Group-Ottawa (OPIRG) and its mandate will be able to obtain a refund for their $3.56 contribution during the period specified below.

 

OPIRG is a bilingual, non-profit, student-funded, student-based and student-directed organization.  OPIRG is dedicated to the areas of social justice and the environment and is part of a country-wide network.

 

OPIRG’s refund period for this semester will run from Monday, February 20th 2012 to Friday, March 2nd, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the OPIRG office at 631 King Edward Ave. 3^rd floor.  Tel: 613-230-3076

 

Two days – Tuesday, February 21st, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 206 of the University Centre and Wednesday, February 29th, 2011 from 10am to 4 pm in room 206 of the University Centre – have been set aside to provide accessibility for students.

 

Any eligible undergraduate student wishing to obtain a refund must do so in person and must present her/his valid student card as well as their registration and proof of payment form for this semester.

 

Note:  Full-time graduate students, being OPIRG members, can also obtain a refund.  However, their student levy, and thus their refund, is only $2.50.

 

Les étudiantes et les étudiants du premier cycle qui veulent retirer leur appui au Groupe de Recherche d’Intérêt Public de l’Ontario-Ottawa (GRIPO) pourront se faire rembourser leur cotisation de 3,56$ pendant la période de remboursement indiquée ci-dessous.

 

GRIPO est une organisation bilingue, à but non-lucratif, gérée et dirigée par les étudiantes et les étudiants.  GRIPO œuvre dans les domaines de l’environnement et de la justice sociale et fait partie d’un réseau canadien.

 

La période de remboursement pour ce semestre aura lieu du lundi 20 février au vendredi 2 mars 2012, de 10h à 16h, au bureau de GRIPO situé au 631 Ave. King Edward, 3^ième étage.  Téléphone : 613-230-3076.

 

Les remboursements se feront dans un lieu accessible le mardi 21 février 2012 de 10h à 16h dans la pièce 206 du centre universitaire et le mercredi 29 février 2011 de 10h à 16h dans la pièce 207 du centre universitaire. 

 

Les étudiants et étudiantes du premier cycle sont tous admissible à un remboursement et désirant se faire rembourser devra le faire en personne et présenter sa carte étudiante ainsi que le formulaire d’inscription et de paiement pour le semestre en question.

 

Notez : Les étudiantes et les étudiants à temps plein du 2^e cycle peuvent aussi obtenir un remboursement.  Cependant, puisque leur cotisation est de $2.50 leur remboursement sera également de 2,50$.
