Presentation
The 1st International Workshop on
Open Data (WOD), to be held in Nantes, France, on May 25, 2012, is one of the
very first events that stresses new and exciting challenges offered by the
emerging field of Open Data, from the viewpoint of scientific research in computer science.
How
are the following computer science topics renewed by the Open Data
movement - new issues and new solutions ? What should computer science
research learn from other fields of Open Data ?
The workshop aims at facilitating new trends and
ideas from a broad range of topics concerned within the widely-spread Open Data
