tect, the decorator, the designer has to go explore and arouse something new in
them, if possible personal.
I grew up and live in a council flat in suburbia, a big concrete block, I know the
architect never ever stepped in my council house. There is a lyric from a rapper
that says “I know the walls of my block better than the architect” : that’s very
true. At the end you know every corner of your city, of your block, you know how
it works. If you go play basketball and there isn’t a water fountain, how stupid.
The people who play football, everybody wants water, and the poor guy that lives
on the ground floor has to fill the bottles for everyone. These are very mundane
details, but it is the living experience that will verify if it works or not.</Maxime>
<Cesar>The architect cannot do this work of verifying if his building fully func-
tioning, so the architect should enable the inhabitants to modify the infrastructure
they are leaving in.
Too often people are not confident enough to think for themselves and end up
copying inadequate behaviours and designs. Might it be laziness or a lack of time, 
trust or fear to be judged, most people delegate the responsibility of their own
environment to specialists. But who better than themselves can decide how they
want to live?

The Architect works with a big team, but first is conditioned to the customer of his architecture.
If an architect could have all the steps to make his own architecture really done and available, all would have been different.
But 1st causes come from industrial era and next to the 2nd WW... When you talk about water, it could have been done...
if architect had ever known a "playground" would be done there. But if this is an after place,
the architect never know that, and the all organization is to the city "government", not him.
Architect yep, you're right have to get on and may update their on architecture that's true.
truth: architect is today just consider as a pinpoint to the big investment of building, not any
respectable human, just a technician whose banker told him to cut off the "up cost too much" (as your fountain... )</AkoZ>
