I would like to take this time to invite you to the Second Annual Open Air Art Fair. It will be held Saturday August 7, 2010 from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Petawawa Public Library. The idea is a mix of a studio tour, outdoor market, artisan show and family event all in one. It is the goal of this event to make art approachable and accessible to everyone. There will be a site fee of $20 per artist, and we will take care of the promotions and event coordination. On site sales are permitted of course, but we ask that your main focus be on demonstrating your work for the community, and allow a partner to take care of the sales.

The fair will be outside and so we ask that you bring a tent or canopy to cover your table in the case of a hot day or slight rain.  If you require any assistance or have special requirements at the site, please let me know as soon as possible so I can do my best to fulfill those needs before you arrive.

Please download a copy of the contract that I require in order to reserve your table, please read through it carefully and send a signed copy to me through email, fax or mail. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Also, feel free to invite anyone you feel I have missed and would be interested in participating.
