What is socialism?

"SOCIALISM is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance,
and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery."

"The inherent vice of Capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings;
the inherent virtue of SOCIALISM is the equal sharing of MISERIES."

"SOCIALISM is inseparably interwoven with TOTALITARIANISM and the abject WORSHIP OF THE STATE."
The Socialists "hunger for CONTROLS of every kind
as if these were delectable foods . . .
This STATE is to be the arch-employer, the arch-planner,
the arch-administrator and ruler, and the arch-caucus-boss."
By Winston Churchill

Redistribution of Wealth

The socialistic thinking of redistribution of wealth is wrong! You don't punish people for making more money. Allot of these people are businesses and to tax them more may cause them to go elsewhere or downsize (lay off) or at least not give a pay raise. People also do not realize that products from these companies will also cost more. If you were a small business what incentive would you have to grow your company over a profit of $250k a year?
