Google Maps is a great tool for any classroom. You can view maps in terrain view, map view or satellite view. You can look up places of business, historical locations and more. You can get directions by car, walking or public transit. Step by step directions in text or map format can be obtained where you wish to go. You can turn on traffic reports to check for delays. You can click on camera mode to get street views and pan around to see what might be there.
