一木 聡
1973 born in Sendai City as the third son.
仙台市にて三男として生まれる。
1973～1976 grows up in the urban area. I often plays with two elder brothers
in the stadium of the professional baseball in the vicinity.
市街地にて育つ。近所のプロ野球の球場で、
11歳と9歳離れている二人の兄とよく遊ぶ。
1976～1984 I moved to the residential quarter where a lot of nature existed.
自然豊かな住宅地に引っ越しをする。
1984～1987 moves to Tokyo because of the father's work.
父親の仕事の関係で東京に
引っ越しをする。
1987～1992 enters the tennis club in the high school.
It is interested in the art, forming, and the space.

while being interested in the art subject.
高校でテニス部に入る。
美術・造形・空間に興味を持ち
西日本などを巡る。
友達の家を放浪しながら無意識に
作詞・作画を始める。
授業で唯一褒められた美術学科に興味を持ち
附属の大学進学を目指す。
1992～1996 I entered the university of the attachment (industrial design subject).
It knew there was a deep philosophy in the present age architectonics.
Then, I determine the field to architectonics.

附属の大学(工業デザイン学科)に入学。
現代建築の中に深い哲学があることを知り建築への道を決意。

高校美術教員資格を取得。
1996～1998 I worked for the design office that designed specializing in the public building in local.

地元の公共建築を専門に設計する設計事務所に勤務。
設計の仕事の傍ら営業活動の補佐や
各県への長距離運転など
タフな設計以外の仕事をこなしつつ
主に大学のようなキャンパスタイプの小学校や
宿泊やリハビリができる 総合健康センターの設計
機織りや地産地消レストランを持つ総合学習高校の設計
中学校の改修や幼稚園の設計や名木桜の為の休憩施設競技設計
水洗でない地域の為の排水処理施設の設計
まちづくりの提案やコンサルティングなどまでに関わる。
1998 I acquired the second class registered architect qualification.And, the part-time job of the house investigation of the farm villagewas done while studying the qualification.二級建築士資格取得。資格勉強をしながら農村の家屋調査のアルバイトを行う。
1998～2003 I worked for a design office good at the housing
complex design of an urban type.
It took charge of the site to completion
while sketching the superhigh-rise apartment building of 70m in height every day.
It kept being patient to design minimum space functionally.
At that time, there were not so many cases with the superhigh-rise
apartment building and the discussion was done repeatedly.
I learnt the construction site where a design and the latest technology
of the device and the disposer processing layer for the earthquake had been made good use of.
Afterwards, I took charge of other some high rise plans.
個人の顧客が専門で市街地型の集合住宅設計が
得意な設計事務所に勤務。
高さ70mの超高層マンションを毎日スケッチを
しながら完成まで現場を担当した。
最小限のスペースを機能的にデザイン
することを我慢強く続けた。
当時は東京都の特別認可制度を使った
超高層マンションの事例が余りなく
中央省庁や許認可窓口との議論を重ね緊張の連続であった。
地震のための免震装置や生ゴミ処理のため
のディスポーザー処理層の設計や
最新技術を駆使した工事現場を知る貴重な経験であった。
時代の流れもあり他にも幾つかの超高層計画を担当する。
2003 The first class authorized architect qualification was acquired.
一級建築士資格取得。
2003～2008 I planned the rental unit and worked for a design office good at the consulting.
It takes charge of the plan of a detailed plan in which it variously exerts one's ingenuity.
The class of the earnings plan consulting of the rental unit was attended.
土地活用で賃貸マンションを計画しコンサルティング
が得意な設計事務所で
様々な工夫を凝らした細かな収支計画の立案から
10件の住宅と店舗を新築マンションへ
等価交換する物件などを担当する。
賃貸マンションの収益計画コンサルティングを受講する。
2007 I married and moved to Yokohama City aoba district.
結婚を機に横浜市青葉区へ
2008～ I worked for the design office in Japan and China.
Development and the city planning were designed.
It proposed an international exposition of which the
theme was World Heritage in China.
The order for the design request of peace Park was received
more formally than a local government.
日本と中国に事務所を持つ設計事務所に勤務。
主に土地の開発やまちづくりの視点から設計に携わる。
中国では世界遺産をテーマとした
国際博覧会を提案。
現地政府より正式に平和公園の
デザイン依頼の発注を受託。
2009 I received the design request of the house and the barber
newly-built construction in local.
The construction of a low budget was safely completed by the cooperation

"Garden in the air" that installs the terrace on a long and slender site and holds
the front yard in the store concurrently is made.
地元で個人的に住宅兼理容室新築工事
の設計依頼を受ける。
低予算の中、施主や工務店の協力により
無事に完成。
細長い敷地に「テラス・コート」を設けて
店舗の前庭を兼ねた”空中庭園”を作る。
2010～ Involved in the municipality work as consultant.
It chiefly thought about the design of the theory.
Design & consultant in product, town, and building
コンサルタントとして自治体の仕事に携わる。
まちやたてものについて
ハードではなくソフトのデザインについて再考する。
もの・まち・たてものデザイン＆コンサルタント
として活動中。
人の想いをかたちにすること
たとえば、”ふるさと”
それができるとき
まち、もの、ひと
それらがどのように必要なのか
「風景」かもしれないし
「思い出」かもしれない
「出会いや別れ」かもしれない
でも、それらはひとにとってとても大事なもの
もの のこと
まち のこと
たてもの のこと
私は
想うこと・創ることを一緒に愉しみたい。
デザインの全てにストーリーを。
選択ではなく大切なひとつを。
ひとのくらしに大切なひとつを。
そんなものごとが「和」のようにつながる。
そんなことを考えています。
