2011 Statistics

For 2011 statistical reporting, we request that you submit your numbers electronically using the GCFA system.  Your user name and password from last year continues to be active.  If you cannot remember your password, you are able to request it be reset from the log-in screen. Please contact ,  please call (315) 424-7878, ext 303. for Assistance and for questions about your password.

The “face” of the statistical system has changed although the functions and other screens  look and act much the same as  they did last year.  To access the log in screen, please go to http://ezra.gcfa.org/Login.aspx.  Under the reports section, you will find materials that can help you navigate through the system and obtain definitions about each reporting line in the tables.

Line 67:  As you are aware, ministry shares are calculated using line 67, so please look at your line 67 reporting very carefully this year.  What you report on those lines will not be reviewed again or allowed to be changed after the submission deadline for the statistics, so please ensure that you have reported all of the appropriate income on those lines as accurately as possible. 

The deadline for submission of your church statistical information is March 15, 2012.  The assumption is that your church will be reporting electronically unless you contact us at (855) 424-7878, ext. 303 and a request is made for paper forms.  This number should also be used for questions about statistics and most billing issues.  Questions specifically about Health Insurance or Pension should be directed to the Benefits office at ext. 318.
