The Festival is under the patronage of Christophe VACHER  Christophe Vacher is a two-time (2011 and 2012) Emmy Award winner (the Emmys are for TV what the Oscars are for cinema and the Grammys for music) for his color and lighting design on the TV show "Transformers Prime" and got a nomination at the 2010 Annie Awards for his art direction on the movie "9", produced by Tim Burton. Christophe has provided backgrounds, visual development and art direction for Disney, Dreamworks, Universal Studios and the animation industry since 1989. He now shares his time between personal artwork for galleries, covers for books, cds and video game, and movie studios work. He lives in Toluca Lake, California and frequently travels all over the world. Festival Coordinator : Shu-Ching HUANG  Shu-Ching Huang is born in Taiwan. She has a master of art degree from New York University, and has been producing short films since 2002. She is currently an intercultural managment, asian culture and chinese language assiociate professor in several french faculties and business schools. Festival Artistic Director : Vincent CHABRILLAT  Vincent Chabrillat is a french director whose work has been selected in many international film festivals. He graduated from New York University Film Program, Brooklyn College film department in New York and Paris 8 Cinema University.
