Typhoon Ondoy Mapping Team is a group of volunteers from around the globe, spearheaded by Serge Gregorio, currently disseminating important and urgent information to help the victims of Typhoon Ondoy with the use of Google Maps, in real time. 

We are here to:

• BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF relief groups the plight and needs of people in different calamity-hit areas, e.g. those who are stranded or who are in need of immediate attention (e.g. rescue operations, in need of food and shelter, etc.)
• Get updates with the latest status in a specific area (e.g. status of the water level, people stranded, road passable, etc.)
• Inform people where to donate since there are donation centers already in place

Our 2 giant networks, GMA NEWS and ABS-CBN, are supportive of our efforts and are currently advertising this website.
