Class Dues

Cost: Freshman Year = $25.00, Sophomore Year = $25.00, Junior Year = $15.00, Senior Year = $15.00 (Total = $80.00)
Deadline: April 1, 2012
Where: Ms. McQueary's classroom - C202
How: Place money in sealed envelope with your name on it. Hand in to Ms. McQueary (C202).

ALL DUES MUST BE PAID TO ATTEND THE PROM OR WALK ACROSS STAGE FOR GRADUATION!!!!!


Senior Exam Dates

    • Friday, May 25 - 3A, 4A
    • Tuesday, May 29 - 3B, 4B
    • Wednesday, May 30 - 1A, 2A
    • Thursday, May 31 - 1B, 2B (last school day for Seniors)
Graduation Practice 
(MANDATORY)

WHEN: 7:30 am - 10:30 am, Friday, June 1 AND Monday, June 4

WHERE: OMHS Cafeteria

DETAILS: Seniors must be in the Cafeteria by 7:30 am.  Administration reserves the right to cancel graduation practices after Friday, June 1. Practices will be held as necessary to ensure a dignified graduation ceremony for all students and guests.  Seniors will receive EIGHT graduation tickets following the final rehearsal.  All obligations must be cleared prior to receiving tickets.

Attendance at all graduation practices is mandatory.  Students must participate in graduation rehearsals to participate in the graduation ceremony.

WHEN : 7:00 pm - 9:00 am, Tuesday, June 5

WHERE: Show Place Arena, Upper Marlboro

DETAILS: Seniors must arrive by 5:30 pm. Please allow plenty of time for commuting to the Arena on Tuesday evening. Traffic can be delayed as much as an hour.

ATTIRE: Graduation is a dignified ceremony and students must be dressed appropriately. Ladies should wear white or light pastel dresses and comfortable low-heeled shoes.
Gentlemen should wear a dress shirt, tie, dress slacks, and dress shoes. No student should wear flip flops, tennis shoes, or boat shoes. CAPS and GOWNS: Seniors must purchase a 2012 cap and gown to participate in the ceremony, as the styles from previous years will no longer match.
Caps and gowns, as well as graduation announcements, and senior items are provided by Jostens. Order dates: October 26th & 27th. You must write your name on the inside of the cap in permanent marker.
