I am a software developer currently working in London. I studied avionics systems engineering at the College of Aeronautical Engineering in Pakistan. My interests in programming, digital electronics, microprocessors and data communications grew into developing software for telecommunications and distributed computing. This led me to pursue MSc (IT) and PhD (Performance Monitoring of Computer Networks) at Loughborough University.

I am a keen student of design patterns and software architectures. These help me write extensible, configurable and scalable systems.
