Feather Facts is a bi-monthly publication of the Wisconsin Cage Bird Club for its members. Issues are published in the even months of the year, (Feb., April, etc.).  The WCBC reserves the right to reject any material deemed inappropriate for this publication.  The editor reserves the right to abbreviate or edit articles as necessary to fit the available space.  All contents published in the Feather Facts and the Membership / Breeder List are solely for the use of the members of the WCBC.  Commercial use or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
