Okehampton consolidated their league position with a hard-fought victory over visiting Tiverton. Playing with the elements in the first period, the home side built-up a 20-3 half-time lead and went on to win by a margin of 26-17. The 2nds also defeated their Tiverton counterparts in Merit table 1 to the tune of 43-7 whilst the 3rds went down valiantly at Tavistock 17-5 and weren't helped by only playing with 13 players. In the Colts Merit table Okehampton travelled to Bideford and  romped home 65-14.
